You receive a tailored selection of resorts/destinations with pros/cons, estimated totals, and available wedding packages.

3) Secure the date

We lock in your Resort Venue or Cruise Ship

4) Guest booking + payments

We manage RSVPs, customized travel quotes for each guest, payment plans, travel insurance and airport transfers from start to finish.

5) Final details + travel support

We coordinate with the resort’s on-site wedding team, confirm timelines, and support you and your guests before, during and post travel.

Resort Matchmaking

Choosing a resort is about fit: Venue backdrops, suite categories, guest budgets, and wedding package inclusions.

  • Sandals (adults-only): Romantic settings, multiple ceremony locations, generous honeymoon perks.

  • Secrets (adults-only): Chic, modern resorts with customizable packages and strong group benefits.

  • Dreams (family-friendly): Perfect for guest lists with kids; great value and versatile venues.

  • Cruise weddings: Shipboard ceremonies or private-island vows with built-in entertainment and effortless group logistics.

We’ll compare side-by-side so you can choose with confidence.

Best destinations by season â€‹

  • December –April: Caribbean (Jamaica, St. Lucia, Bahamas), Riviera Maya & Cancun, Costa Rica —dry season, ideal beach weather.

  • May–July: Hawaii, Mediterranean (Amalfi Coast, Greek Isles)

  • August –October: Europe shoulder season (fewer crowds), Alaska cruise weddings (summer), consider hurricane-aware planning in the Caribbean.

  • November: Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Turks & Caicos—sunny with lower humidity.

(We’ll align venue availability and weather patterns to your exact dates.)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you charge planning fees?

For most resort, cruise, and package bookings, no. For additional services such as day of planning or invitation design, fees will be discussed up front if desired.

  • How far in advance should we book?

Ideally 12–18 months for peak dates. We can move faster if your window is shorter. Flights are not available until 10 months out.

  • Can you help our guests with different budgets?

Yes! I will present room categories and customized itineraries for each attending guest with payment plans so everyone can book confidently.

  • What if a guest needs to change plans?

We manage changes and cancellations within supplier rules. We always recommend the purchase of travel insurance should anything unexpected arise.

  • Are you wedding planners too?

We specialize in travel + group logistics and work closely with each resort’s on-site wedding team (or your independent planner) to ensure a seamless experience. Additional services can be discussed.

  • What is the difference between a legal and symbolic ceremony abroad?

Every country has different requirements for a legal wedding, which may include documents, waiting periods, or, in rare cases, medical tests. Many couples choose a symbolic ceremony abroad and complete the civil paperwork at home, allowing the same celebration with simpler logistics. We’ll outline your options by destination and guide you step by step.

Client Testimonial

In November of 2023 I reached out to Ally to start the process of booking my Wedding!

As soon as we made the decision of location and specific resort Ally took control OF EVERYTHING!

She reached out the resort, (multiple because I wanted to look at a few options) and got pricing, contracts and anything else the resort needed from me. She served as the communication with any questions I had for the resort before I was contacted by the wedding planner.

She went above and beyond for this process by finding Facebook pages for Weddings at this resort!

She was there every step of the way with quick response times on itinerary quotes for all that inquired and booked.

She also went as far as researching and booking a private transportation company (that she did not get compensation for) because I had such large groups traveling together and it was saving them money!

Up until the day (even after having her newborn baby boy 1 month before my travel) she was in constant contact with me and my guests making sure everyone got the information they needed for the travel days!

I can not recommend her enough and I wish I had more stars to give because 5 is not enough for the work and time she put into my special trip. I will always be grateful that she took so much stress out of the travel and wedding planning for me.

I say it all the time, if I could do it all over again I would, and that includes the planning process with Ally.
